We offer fine art photography products, including but not limited to:

- Digital photo downloads (if applicable)
- Limited edition or custom photographic products
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and printing materials.
As many of our products are handmade, printed on demand, or produced in limited quantities, slight variations may occur.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, pricing errors, or technical mistakes are suspected.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise and may include applicable VAT where required.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Please note:
- Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Digital Downloads
For digital photo downloads:
- Purchased files are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit digital products.
- Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because many products are custom-made or printed on demand, returns may be limited.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds are not available for:
- Digital downloads
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

All photographs, artwork, images, text, branding, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Het Kleine Creatieve Atelier and are protected by copyright laws.
